I listened to your podcast several weeks ago, where you mentioned how you lost weight, that you did it by religiously tracking calories. Another great tip you described was that you used to fuel your workouts a lot, and so did I, and all those calories added up quickly.
Since this podcast episode, I started tracking calories (everything) on MyFitnessPal, and now have been tracking religiously for 5.2 weeks and already lost 8kg (17lbs) lbs and feeling much better! I can now control my calories more and fuel my workouts better. THANK YOU Noel. Thank you.
